Customized Jewellery: Impeccable Craftsmanship:
Our customized jewelry gives you the freedom to unleash your creativity and design something truly exceptional. You can let your imagination run wild as you select your preferred metals, gemstones, and intricate details, creating a piece that is a true reflection of your style and personality.
Step 1: Creating the design.
"The first step is to create a design for the ring, either by sketching it on paper or using a computer software. The design should include the shape, size, style, and details of the ring, as well as the type and number of stones if any.
STEP 2 : 3D MODELING & RENDERING
Jewellery Rendering is a computer process of generating photo realistic images of jewelry pieces. They are created by using 3D models of the object that are materialized and lit in a rendering software. As a result, it becomes possible to see the final product well before it has been produced.
Step 3: Making a wax model and casting the rings.
The next step is to make a wax model of the ring using a special carving tool or a mould. Thereafter, The wax model should match the design exactly and have sprues attached to it. Sprues are thin wax tubes that connect the model to a base and allow the molten metal to flow into the cavity. The wax model is then placed inside a metal flask and surrounded by a plaster-like material called investment. Thereafter, The investment is left to harden and form a mould around the wax model.
Step 4: Casting the rings.
Thereafter, In the fourth step, the craftspeople heat up the flask in a kiln to melt out the wax, creating a hollow cavity in the shape of the ring. The next step involves placing the flask in either a centrifugal casting machine or a vacuum casting machine that either spins or uses suction to draw the molten metal into the cavity through the sprues. The metal then cools down and solidifies into a rough ring.
Step 5: Pre-polishing the rings.
In the fifth step, the craftspeople remove the investment from the flask and cut off the sprues from the ring using a jeweler's saw or pliers. They then proceed to file and sand the ring to smooth out any rough edges or imperfections.
Step 6: Setting the stones.
In the sixth step, craftsmen set any stones into the ring using prongs, bezels, channels, or other methods. The stones therefore should be carefully selected and matched for size, shape, colour, and quality. The stones should also be securely fixed and aligned with the ring."
Step 7: Polishing the rings and rhodium plating.
In the seventh step, craftsmen polish the ring using various abrasives and compounds to achieve a shiny and smooth finish. They may also apply rhodium plating to enhance the ring's color and durability. Rhodium plating entails coating the ring with a thin layer of rhodium, a white metal known for its resistance to tarnish and corrosion.
Step 8: Final checks in quality control.
Finally, last step involves inspecting the ring for any flaws or defects and ensuring that it meets the standards of quality and craftsmanship. If desired, a personal message or hallmark can also be engraved on the ring.
